Bún Chả Khói is the new creation from Barbaros Group designed to mix one of the most popular and traditional dishes in Hanoi with our original style. As you can guess by its name, this brand is focused around the Bún chả, a Vietnamese dish of grilled pork and noodles. Bún chả is served with grilled fatty pork (chả) over a plate of white rice noodles (bún) and herbs with a side dish of dipping sauce.

Bún Chả Khói it’s having a softlaunch this weekend from Friday 4th October to Sunday 6th October, with opening time from 10AM to 2PM at 27 Trinh Cong Son, Tay Ho, Hanoi, Vietnam.
