Truc Bao
Baozi (Chinese: 包子ⓘ), or simply bao, is a type of yeast-leavened filled bun in various Chinese cuisines. There are many variations in fillings (meat or vegetarian) and preparations, though the buns are most often steamed. They are a variation of mantou from Northern China.
Truc Bao is an innovative concept designed to deliver the traditional bao feed with the original Barbaros smoked BBQ meat and dishes with a fun and cool experience, either to be taken in store or for take-away.
It's name comes from the use of Bao and the location of the first store, situated in Truc Bach, Hanoi.
Barbaros Restaurant
Barbaros restaurant specializes in delicious smoked barbecue meat and extensive selection of local & international craft beers, as well as signature cocktails and mocktails. Bún Chả Khói
Bún chả is a Vietnamese dish of grilled pork and noodles, which is thought to have originated from Hanoi, Vietnam. Bún chả is served with grilled fatty pork (chả) over a plate of white rice noodles (bún) and herbs with a side dish of dipping sauce.
Bún Chả Khói is an innovative approach to this traditional dish that features the original Barbaros smoked BBQ style to grill the meat and provide the best experience offering elegant presentation, location, music and, specially amazing vibes.
